Blunomy is currently seeking a Finance and Administration Manager for its two European offices (France and UK) and headquarters located in France. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and self-sufficient and will be responsible for providing accurate financial data to the heads of offices. This information will be used to make informed management decisions and to liaise with the Group CFO.
The Finance and Administration Manager reports to the Head of office France as the main customer, with a dotted line to the Group CFO and to the UK Head of office as a customer.
Key Responsibilities 💼
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
Accounting Supervision: Oversee outsourced accounting services, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Cash Management: Manage cash flow and bank relations.
Sales Administration and other duties: Maintain up-to-date tender documents, support proposals, manage insurance relationships, ensure the accuracy of the Odoo business database, and manage ad hoc projects related to our business or legal obligations.
Office Management: Supervise daily office management in Paris and manage a part-time office management employee.

We seek a motivated, experienced and passionate person to join our growing team ✅. The right person will have some of the following and a willingness and ability to learn the rest.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation is a plus.
Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in financial management and operations, or a strong background in strategic planning, financial analysis, and budget management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.. Knowledge in databases management and BI tools is a plus
Ability to support business development through decision-making support
Deeply rooted result oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally at all levels in the organisation and across offices and culture
Knowledge of Xero and Odoo is a plus
Knowledge of Financial consolidation and IFRS is a plus.
