Responsibilities

  • Define prospective client categories and approach them. 

  • Manage daily sales operations, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong client relationships.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Engage actively in refining our sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Serve as a pivotal link between dealerships and ESKA Finance, facilitating clear communication and swift resolutions.

  • Become proficient in the intricacies of our underwriting and financing programs, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource.


Profil recherché

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to self-organize.

  • Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Experience with CRM tools preferred.

  • Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.


Déroulement des entretiens

Interview with the Country Manager, interviews with the two co-founders and one more team member.
