Mission : Support the Essilor brand team on driving awareness & consideration of the Essilor brand through the development of B2C and B2B2C omnichannel content.

 

Job description

•Act as the transversal brand guideline guardian, ensuring consistency throughout different touchpoints, for all regions / markets. Lead any Essilor & Essilor Experts brand guideline update.•Support the development of Essilor brand and Essilor Expert communication campaigns in connection with the Creative Hub and deploy guidelines, assets & tools across B2C & B2B2C platforms.•Identify the most effective consumer touch points for the brand and implement marketing activation plans in coordination with marketing service teams (PR, Media, Social Media, Events, Instore, Essilor.com).•Supervise the localization process of all Essilor global content with external partner agency, aligning across regions and markets.•Manage Essilor brand content on the internal marketing database (content uploading, guidelines development, usage rights validation, etc.)•Manage day-to-day budget tracking and inputting of expenses within the internal system & budget tracking files.•Coordinate with regions / daughter brands teams / other marketing services teams (legal, CMI, medical affair …), acting as an advocate for the Essilor brand and ensuring it is well represented. 

Requirements

•Level of knowledge equivalent to bac+5 as an experienced international marketing specialist with a minimum experience of 4/5 years in marketing •He/she must have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of upstream and downstream partners, in an international environment. •He/she must be comfortable communicating in front of an audience, working in a team and leading a 360° project. •He/she must have the curiosity to acquire and deepen his knowledge in the field of optics. •The job also requires an ability to think “consumer” and to carry out more operational B2B2C marketing actions. •He/she must also be able to structure a strategic recommendation as well as build and share a vision on the subjects.
  • The job requires fluency in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of another language (Italian/French) is a plus.
