Descriptif du poste

As a Marketing Executive, you will take the lead in planning and executing impactful events and managing EthiFinance’s professional community, particularly on LinkedIn.

You will play a key role in elevating our brand, engaging stakeholders, and supporting our mission to drive sustainability and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Management

  • Design, plan, and execute both in-person and virtual events that align with EthiFinance’s values and strategic objectives.

  • Handle all event logistics, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring exceptional quality and attendee experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event content and messaging with EthiFinance’s overall goals.

  • Innovate with new event formats and technologies to enhance engagement and impact.

  • Work closely with the design and digital teams to create engaging promotional materials and visuals.

2. Community Management

  • Create and publish original and impactful content for social media (using Canva)

  • Build and nurture EthiFinance’s online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by creating tactics in collaboration with the Director of Digital & Growth, to grow our professional community and foster meaningful interactions.

  • Actively engage with our audience, contributing to discussions and amplifying EthiFinance’s thought leadership in ESG and finance.

  • Monitor metrics, market trends and feedback within the community to inform future initiatives and stay updated on best practices.

  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar.

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure consistency and quality in published content.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor KPI’s and performance of events and community engagement.

  • Analyze data to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports and insights for stakeholders. Use of tools such as Monday.com.


Profil recherché

  • Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in event management and digital community engagement, ideally in a B2B financial services environment.

  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for community building and content promotion.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Creative, detail-oriented and energetic growth oriented mindset, proactive in identifying new opportunities.

  • High ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Team-oriented attitude.
