The opportunity

The position is opened within the Euronext M&A team. The team has a strong track-record of executing value-accretive acquisitions, with a broad range in terms of size, geography and deal structure, as well as successful divestments. It is a unique opportunity to join a well-experienced team in an ambitious group and in a very dynamic sector.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive company and industry research
  • Sector watch and screening in order to identify acquisition targets in line with Group strategy
  • Preparation of memos / presentations for the top management and the board / strategic committees
  • Perform and maintain financial models
  • Participate in due diligence organization / management and post-closing processes

Who are we looking for

Profile

  • Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials
  • Successful internship experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in M&A, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or equivalent experience within a financial institution or corporate
  • Fluent in French and English. A third language ("fluent" level) would be a plus
