About the job

We're expanding our Partnership team and looking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Manager in France to drive SaaS and services sales through strategic Partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast growing company at the heart of European capital infrastructure, building and scaling our partner ecosystem in a core market. If you excel at developing new relationships and want to play a key role in accelerating our go-to-market strategy, we'd love to hear from you!

This new position reports to the Director of Partnerships

What you will do:

  • Develop, document and execute a winning go-to-market strategy to drive growth and build strong Partnerships in your Territory

  • Leverage your existing network to identify, recruit and activate high impact partnerships with Resellers, GSIs, Consultancy firms and Communication agencies

  • Work closely with all ECS lines of businesses and the local Exchange Primary Market teams, to coordinate and make the most of existing align and leverage a strong network of stakeholders

  • Develop joint business plans aligned with customer needs and the competitive landscape

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas though resale, co-sell motions

  • Represent the company at Partner events, Conferences and customer facing activities to showcase our value proposition and solutions portfolio

  • Foster Partner Growth through acceleration initiatives and conduct performance reviews in QBR

  • Maintain excellent data hygiene by tracking and reporting Partner activities and performance in CRM

  • Willingness to travel within France and Europe based on business needs

Your Profile

  • Fluent in French and English. Another European language is a plus

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Business Development, Partner Sales role within SaaS industry, B2B solutions

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a thriving Partner network

  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive high value collaborations in a consultative sales approach

  • Background in RegTech for Corporate and Capital Markets with a deep understanding of the partner landscape, key players and ecosystem dynamics is a big advantage

  • Self-motivated, result-driven, with Entrepreneurial yet Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems (HubSpot etc.)

  • Articulate, enthusiastic and effective in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
