Tasks
Work closely with our social media manager as well as the rest of the Communications, Brand & Content and Marketing teams on the innovation, evolution and implementation of our social media strategy
Social listening for qualitative and quantitative performance of campaigns
KPI Reporting: weekly and monthly as well as providing insight on KPIs
Support the social media manager in the layout and setup of research in PPT format
Assistance in proofreading captions in English that are aligned with our brand style guide
Support scheduling posts on our social media platforms: LinkedIn and Twitter
Participate in meetings
Support the community management of all accounts/pages on LinkedIn and Twitter
Benchmarking/surveillance
Competencies
Knowledge with using different analytics, reporting and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Meltwater
Proactive approach in communication both online and offline
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
