Euronext Corporate Solutions is at the core of Euronext's strategic plan "Innovate for Growth 2027". It has delivered €50m of revenue in 2024, has been growing double digit CAGR since 2020, being one of the most important growth engine of the Group. With the planned acquisition of Admincontrol, expected to close in 2nd quarter of 2025, it will almost double in size with expected revenues of €100m in 2025 and continued double digit growth expectations in the coming years.
Euronext Corporate Solutions already serves more than 5000 clients including over 1500 listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. Clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway Portugal,) and beyond (UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland). The team is composed of 200 professionals across Europe. With the planned acquisition of Admincontrol, it will grow to over 350 professionals.

* Investor relations and communication services: we help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage with shareholders, investors and all stakeholders with leading digital communications and streaming solutions. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement. Our advisory team provides high-touch advisory, ESG advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets.

* Compliance services : our ComplyLog products helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

Euronext Corporate Solutions is a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology & Operations, Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.

Role and Key Accountabilities

As a Solution Architect, you will define and drive the architectural vision for ECS Products, focusing on scalable cloud-native solutions in Azure. You'll lead the design of data-driven, Kubernetes-based microservices and guide teams in adopting best practices. Collaborating with engineers, vendors, and consultants, you'll ensure robust, future-proof architectures that support business growth.

The accountability includes:

• Define and maintain the architectural vision for ECS Products, ensuring alignment with scalability, data integration, and cloud infrastructure goals.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Azure and Kubernetes, enabling data-driven microservices at scale.
• Produce high-quality architectural documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, target state diagrams, and architectural roadmaps.
• Guide engineering teams on architectural best practices, ensuring solutions are well-structured, maintainable, and secure.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to align on architecture choices and successfully navigate the architecture approval process.
• Champion data integration initiatives that combine historical and external data sources into a unified, reusable data platform for various applications.
• Ensure architecture decisions support future scaling, maintainability, and performance across ECS Products.
• Mentor developers and technical leads, promoting a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with strong expertise in Azure; experience with AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Proven experience with data-driven solutions, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Strong skills in architectural design and documentation (HLD, LLD, target state diagrams).
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Expertise in data integration (ETL, pipelines, synchronization) and data governance, including privacy and quality standards.
• Experience leading design and decision-making processes and transitioning solutions from PoC to production.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate with engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages are a plus.
