Our Marketplace is composed of 30+ engineers, structured to ensure meaningful contributions and strong ownership at all career levels:

  • 4 Impact Teams → Create inspiring travel experiences, empowering travelers to co-create their journeys. We also support local travel agencies with tools to boost efficiency and traveler connections.

  • Platform Team → Empowers developers with greater autonomy, simplifies daily workflows, and offers a self-service platform.

  • Data Team → Manages the data ecosystem and supports decision-making processes.

Profil recherché

⭐ Your Role as Engineering Manager

Your mission: lead a high-performing, product-driven team, focusing on technical excellence, well-being, collaboration, and sustainable delivery. We value leadership styles that foster growth and mentorship at all experience levels.

1️⃣ Team Efficiency & Delivery

  • Regular 1:1s & structured feedback to support team development.

3️⃣ Leading the Maturity Team

  • Collaborate hand-in-hand with PM, Product Designer & Business Lead to align goals.

  • Foster autonomy & ownership while providing the right level of support.

You will be supported by an Engineering Director, ensuring a structured leadership path and mentorship opportunities.

🤝 You’re the right person for this role if you:

  • 5+ years of experience in web development, building and maintaining scalable applications.

  • 2+ year of management experience, ideally in a role such as Engineering Manager, VP Engineering, or CTO.

  • Product Vision & Strategy: You understand how to translate business needs into actionable plans that deliver real value to users.

  • Leadership Excellence: You excel at identifying talent, removing obstacles, and coordinating solutions across teams.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You have experience using metrics and testing to guide team decisions and validate improvements.

  • Team Development: You’re skilled at mentoring engineers, facilitating growth conversations, and building high-performing teams.

  • Technical Leadership: You can balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health and guide architectural decisions.

  • Collaborative Management Style: You lead through influence, empower your team, and build trust through transparency.

  • Change Management: You have experience leading teams through technical and organizational transformations.

  • Continuous Improvement: You’re passionate about refining processes and helping teams reach their full potential.

💰 Salary & Transparency

  • Salary range is €65K-75K.
