Platform Team → Empowers developers with greater autonomy, simplifies daily workflows, and offers a self-service platform.
Data Team → Manages the data ecosystem and supports decision-making processes.

You won’t be alone on this journey. An Engineering Director will mentor and support you every step of the way
5+ years of experience in web development, building and maintaining scalable applications.
At least 2 year of management experience, ideally in a role such as Engineering Manager, VP Engineering, or CTO.
Product Vision & Strategy: You understand how to translate business needs into actionable plans that deliver real value to users.
Leadership Excellence: You excel at identifying talent, removing obstacles, and coordinating solutions across teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You have experience using metrics and testing to guide team decisions and validate improvements.
Team Development: You’re skilled at mentoring engineers, facilitating growth conversations, and building high-performing teams.
Technical Leadership: You can balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health and guide architectural decisions.

💰 Salary & Transparency
For this role, the salary range is €58K-65K.
