We are committed to supporting high-profile brands like Subway, Cuisine Plus, L’Adresse, MailBoxes, Abithea, Indiana Café, easyGym, La Brigade, etc.

😎 Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Growth Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on your own client projects independently and collaborate closely with our production Team but also our senior Project Manager, CEO, and COO.

💻 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new clients on board and plan project timelines tailored to client specific needs but also Team and EverFruit capacity

  • Audit clients’ marketing strategies and recommend tailored solutions or additional services.

  • Organize, prepare, and lead workshops with clients (online or in person), providing guidance throughout the implementation of their projects.

  • Oversee the operational management of projects by assigning tasks to team members, setting deadlines, and ensuring quality and compliance of deliverables.

  • Address clients’ technical issues and requests collaborating with the team when necessary.

  • Run monthly client reports to present campaign results and propose improvements or corrective actions.


Profil recherché

  • Initial experience in digital/growth marketing and/or in an agency, along with excellent client relationship skills.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello etc.

  • Ability to proactively suggest ideas for clients as well as contribute to the growth of the company.

  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines and handle demanding clients.

  • Strong team spirit and adaptability to a “startup” environment and the changes that come with a rapidly growing company.

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. A brief 15-minute call with our COO to discuss your background, our vision, and what you think you can bring

  2. A detailed one-hour interview with the COO, and CEO or PM or Senior Content Manager, to explore your experiences and discuss a use case.

  3. A culture fit meeting with a team member, including a request for 2-3 references.
