Fairbrics

Two PHDs, a material scientist and a chemist, came together in 2019 with the optimistic idea that molecular chemistry could change the future of fashion.

Fairbrics was born with a vision to fight climate change by developing circular manufacturing processes and incorporating waste CO2 as a feed-stock reduces the reliance on expensive fossil fuels. In a nutshell, using CO2 to create polyester.

After the first demonstration of direct conversion from CO2 to MEG, numbers of partnerships were signed with partners from the Fashion industry ( H&M, On Running, Aigle) and beyond ( Forvia and Citeo).

Fairbrics is growing and is currently demonstrating its technology at the industrial level. The first market we're tackling is the fashion industry that we target to transform in depth through the transformation of material manufacturing. The aim is to keep developing our products portfolio and maintain our R&D effort to expand the application scope. Fairbrics's long term goal is to become a leader in innovative chemistry with various application levels.

CSR is at the heart of Fairbrics' commitment and business purpose. We are convinced that our global CSR approach enables us to have a more innovative, more transparent and more resilient company.

To deploy an effective CSR strategy, we worked on an action plan for 2026 taking into account our societal and environmental involvement as a first step towards a responsible company.

The plan is based on three pillars: the company, its employees and its products. Fairbrics is committed to continuously assess the GHG emissions of its products, to ensure the welfare of its employees and create a positive impact on its territory.
