The Research and Development team is the heart of Fairbrics' technology. Teams members are scientists from all over the world who bring their unique knowledge to develop Fairbrics' cutting edge technology and expand it to new fields.

Our R&D team is specifically active in electro & thermocatalysis, catalyst development, computational fluid dynamics and flow chemistry.
Our process team is the backbone of our scale-up.
Targeting harmonious industrialization of our technology at various scales, our process team is our engineering arm for our development projects from our kilo-lab to our future demo plant.

Fairbrics has developed a unique technology able to transform the textile industry. The role of the business operations team is to make it happen creating the conditions of a continuous development of Fairbrics as a company.
Communication, marketing, finance, business development, human ressources...are part of the areas covered by the team that is quickly growing with the development of the company.

Fairbrics is committed to constantly evaluating the GHG emissions of its products, in order to create a positive impact in the world. This is why the CSR team plays such a major role. Its objective is based on the company's desire to resolve current ecological transition issues.
To this end, the CSR team works closely with R&D to consolidate the company's environmental performance indicators, notably by assessing Fairbrics' Carbon Footprint and conducting a Life Cycle Analysis of its processes.
The deployment of Fairbrics' CSR approach also involves the creation of internal and external communication media, as well as the organization of awareness-raising events.
