We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers. You will play a crucial role in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

What is your week made of:

  • 30% Pipeline generation

  • 50% Discovery/demos/closing

  • 20% Sales Pipeline admin

  • You report directly to the Head of Revenue and are in daily contact with Marketing and Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Prospect, qualify and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with a focus on long-term customer value.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts.

  • Consistently meet and exceed quota and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM data entry.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices.


Profil recherché

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS

  • Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and multi-channel prospecting.

  • Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • High resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.

Big PLUS if:

  • You have previous SaaS sales experience with ACV > 20k€

  • You have a proven track record of reaching your quotas

  • You have previous experience in fast-paced tech startups


Déroulement des entretiens

  • First discovery call (10 minutes)

  • Writing test/case study (1 week)

  • Interview 1 with the Sales team (1hr)

  • Interview 2 with other members of the company (30 minutes)
