Reporting directly to the HR Director, the Learning & Knowledge Manager will be responsible for defining and ensuring consistency in our ways of learning and working. As we delivered very demanding solutions for our clients, learning and knowledge play a fundamental part at FuturMaster. We aim at providing our superheroes with the best and most efficient learning and knowledge experiences according to their role and expertise. We focus not only on content but also on how the content is delivered and how it’s used, as it’s part of our company culture. Good news, the Learning & Knowledge Manager won’t be alone to do the job, as we also strongly believe that learning and knowledge is a collective adventure:

For each subject, a team of experts (team members from the relevant department, recognized for their mastery of the training topic) is appointed to identify learning needs and co-create the learning path in collaboration with the Learning & Knowledge Manager.

Your role as a Learning & Knowledge Manager :

  • Act as a Learning Business Partner & Project Manager. In other words, thanks to your 360° vision of knowledge and learning, you will design the overall learning experience and make sure it will be implemented

  • Define and spread the “ways of working” that will potentialize learning and knowledge within FuturMaster.

  • Set up the governance and create a relationship of trust with the experts to make the FM learning strategy alive.

  • Animate the community of experts and help them become “masters” in business content creation by guiding thanks to your learning design expertise.  Use your influence to mobilize and engage experts and stakeholders in cross-business projects.

  • Administrate our learning and knowledge platforms (360 learning & confluence)

  • Create and animate learning content for all corporate topics

  • Ensure that learning and knowledge management have an undeniable place in FuturMaster’s culture by implementing an effective and innovative communication strategy to encourage the adoption of new learning and working practices.

  • Define and monitor KPIs to ensure adaptation and efficiency

Profil recherché

  • You have significant experience in Learning Management and especially in implementing a new learning culture. 

  • You’re able to take a step back on the view of a company’s various departments, balancing the comprehensive vision of business experts and adapting it to both the target audience and the training need. 

  • Used to leading stakeholders/communities within an organization, you are recognized for mobilizing and federating employees on cross-business subjects, which are sometimes not a business priority. 

  • You demonstrate empathy and are able to put yourself in the learner’s shoes in order to design and build materials adapted to their needs. 

  • You are familiar with knowledge platforms such as 360 learning. 

  • You are fluent/native in French, and have a good level in English, which will be the main language for training supports


Déroulement des entretiens

  • A quick first call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to introduce you to FuturMaster, the position, answer your questions and ensure a match with the challenges and expectations (20 minutes)

  • An interview with the Human Resources Director (1 hour)

  • An at-home personality and logic test (2 hours) followed by a debriefing with a consultant (45 minutes)

  • A third interview with the General Manager EMEA (1 hour)
