The Product Team
As part of the R&D team, the Product team participates in the product strategy and roadmap, product design and build, launch of new releases and improvement of sales and professional services enablement on new features.

Each Product Manager is part of a Scrum Team, made up of Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers and Testers, responsible for one or more modules of the solution.
Their role? Define improvements and innovation, guide the design of solutions by assessing their value, manage the product backlog and prioritize it within the scrum team. All in an agile context.
Finally, as FuturMaster is an international company, by joining the Product team you will also be working with the R&D department based in Beijing, China.
Your responsibilities as a Product Manager:
Based on the priorities set by the product strategy and in collaboration with customers, business experts and Ux designers: design, specify and evaluate the evolutions to be developed.
Daily manage the scrum team’s backlog, prioritizing the features to be developed into User Stories, based on grooming activities with the team.
Define acceptance criteria for User Stories and certify their correct implementation.
Define sprint objectives
Within the framework of the development plan, map what the team will deliver by quarterly increment and by release.
In collaboration with the Product Team, help synchronize the priorities of the various teams.
Monitor development progress, making backlog adjustments where necessary.
Participate in the go-to-market of releases by ensuring internal and external knowledge transfer on features developed by your scrum team, and by supporting the first projects using these features.
Be an expert in a particular area of the offer, and therefore the reference for that area

2 remote days per week
You have a sound knowledge of Supply Chain issues and challenges.
You have a previous experience as a Consultant or Product Manager in a B2B software company, and a good understanding of software development and the role of Product Manager in an agile organization
In an international context, you have demonstrated a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
You are curious and tenacious in your desire to understand the problems presented to you so as to maximize the value of the solution you and your team bring to them.
You are capable of federating and engaging development teams to deliver value that meet market needs and expectations.
You demonstrate excellent organization and adaptation skills, as well as good time and priority management.
Able to see the big picture, yet able to get down to the nitty-gritty, you can tackle problems analytically to solve them. You are creative and able to work on innovative projects.
You are used to working in an international environment, and your level of English enables you to read and write documents and take part in meetings on functional and technical subjects.
