What you’ll do
Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute a data-driven growth strategy targeting ICP-fit leads.
• Manage and enhance data efficiency between tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and enrichment tools like Clay.
• Optimize conversion on all public-facing assets, including the core website, community pages, documentation, and learning center.
Growth Marketing Execution
• Build and run a full-year SEA agenda and a global social ads retargeting strategy (LinkedIn, X, Reddit).
• Optimize lead magnet strategy using content assets such as eBooks and customer stories.
Data Management & Enrichment
• Manage buyer intent signals by connecting tools like Amplitude, HubSpot, and Reo.Dev.
• Improve data enrichment for the current lead database, leveraging tools like Clay.
Lifecycle Management
•Design and manage transactional email workflows, including event-based and time-based nurturing sequences.
We think you’ll be a great fit if…
Core Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in Growth operations, demand generation, or a related field at a mid-stage start-up or scale-up (Seed-Series C experience).
• Proficient in data and property management on HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proven experience with marketing automation tools, including lead scoring, lifecycle management, and nurturing.
• Exceptional skills in content production for growth (e.g., transactional emails, landing page copywriting).
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Bonus Skills:
• Proven record of success in SEA and Social Ads (LinkedIn, X, Reddit).
• Familiarity with enrichment tools like Clay.
• Knowledge of the tech environment or DevTools.
• Experience with tools like Webflow, Zapier, Semrush, or Amplitude.
Key Figures
• 7 nationalities represented within the team.
• 80% of sales generated internationally
Further Information
• Flexible, remote-first model (in France), with occasional monthly onsite team workshops in Paris.
