As Gladia continues to grow and serve an expanding customer base, our infrastructure must evolve accordingly. We are seeking a DevOps/SRE Engineer to help develop and maintain our infrastructure while collaborating closely with our developers to enhance our processes. To complement our current team’s skill set, we are specifically looking for someone with strong expertise in Docker.

Role

  • Create and maintain Kubernetes hybrid clusters

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines

  • Maintain and optimize Docker images

  • Prepare deployments for production

  • Optimize infrastructure and tool scaling to keep costs low

  • Support developers throughout the DevOps process

  • Document technical procedures and policies

As Gladia continues to grow and serve an expanding customer base, our infrastructure must evolve accordingly. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help develop and maintain our infrastructure while collaborating closely with our developers to enhance our processes. To complement our current team’s skill set, we are specifically looking for someone with strong expertise in Docker.

Role

  • Create and maintain Kubernetes hybrid clusters

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines

  • Maintain and optimize Docker images

  • Prepare deployments for production

  • Optimize infrastructure and tool scaling to keep costs low

  • Support developers throughout the DevOps process

  • Document technical procedures and policies

Experience

  • With at least 5+ years of experience working on a rapidly growing product, your work is well-crafted and well-tested for scalability

  • Strong experience with Docker

  • Proficiency with Kubernetes (knowledge with Kustomize is a plus)

  • Proficiency with CI/CD process (Github, test-driven development, etc.)

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.)

  • Experience with Docker image licencing & distribution

  • Knowledge of databases (PostrgreSQL, Patroni)

  • Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana Loki)

  • Strong experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems

  • Networking knowledge (DNS, OSI model, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)

  • Fluency in French and English

What Gladia offers

  • The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from €50k to €75k in base salary + BSPCEs

  • Full remote policy in France with team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in Sentier, the heart of Paris

  • Lunch vouchers (approx. 200€/month)

  • An allowance of 360 euros/year for your sports activities

  • An allowance of 300 euros for the adaptation of your workstation

  • Discovery Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team: Initial discussion to understand your background, experience, and motivation for the role.

  • Hiring Manager Interview: A deep dive into your technical expertise and past experiences, assessing your ability to solve problems relevant to the role.

  • Problem-Solving, Algorithm & Architecture Design Interview: A technical assessment focused on your ability to design scalable systems, apply algorithmic thinking, and tackle complex engineering challenge

  • Team Fit Discussions: Conversations with team members to evaluate collaboration, communication, and alignment with company culture.
