As our product scales, we are looking for a Data Engineer to develop and optimize data pipelines that support both internal customer data and training data for AI models. This role will play a key part in bridging the gap between business intelligence and AI research, ensuring that data flows efficiently across our Go-to-Market teams and R&D.
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Build and maintain script and automation tools for data ingestion, processing, and quality monitoring, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Ensure seamless integration of data tools with existing software systems and third-party platforms to enhance workflow efficiency.
Implement real-time and batch processing workflows using big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Airflow.
Continuously improve and enhance data architectures, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance for high availability and low latency.
Provide documentation and training to enable team members to use data tools effectively and ensure alignment with best practices.
Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, implementing robust monitoring and governance frameworks.
Collaborate closely with engineers, and product managers to understand data needs, refine data strategies, and build customized solutions for data-driven AI models and analytics.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-based tools.
Optimize data warehouse queries and storage solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Automate data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Integrate APIs and webhooks to automate workflows between internal and external systems.
Work on real-time data streaming projects to enable AI-driven insights.
Support CRM and customer data integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
3-5 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or data infrastructure, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow).
Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses and storage solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, S3).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize pipelines and workflows.
Experience working with APIs and workflow automation tools.
Ability to work remotely with occasional team meetups.
Nice to have: You’ve worked with Salesforce (CRM), HubSpot (inbound marketing) and database (Metabase or equivalent).
The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from €55K to €70K in base salary + BSPCEs.
