About This Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior CRM Manager to drive CRM efforts across our multiple countries and platforms. This role is ideal for a CRM expert with strong technical expertise in Braze and/or Marketing Cloud, along with HTML and SQL knowledge, who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment. The position will focus on 80% implementation and 20% strategy, playing a key role in advancing our CRM capabilities.

Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end conception, planning, implementation, and optimization of automated/one-off  multi-channel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize the engagement & revenue. Operate within an agile environment, adapting swiftly to evolving requirements.
  • Support CRM Platform Migration: Play a pivotal role in the migration to our new CRM platform, managing the technical and operational aspects to enable a smooth transition.
  • Enhance Content Personalization & Segmentation: Integrate new content sources and leverage widely available AI techniques to continuously refine segments and content recommendations, ensuring that messaging is tailored and relevant to each audience and  supports personalisation/relevance at scale.
  • Optimize and Expand the CRM Technical Stack: Maximize the effectiveness of our CRM ecosystem by fully utilizing existing systems and incorporating new data sources to enhance personalization and automation. Regularly assess potential third-party integrations that align with our strategic goals, ensuring the CRM infrastructure remains innovative, robust, and capable of supporting scalable growth and deepening customer engagement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement through A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing initiatives to measure and refine CRM tactics, adopting best practices to continually improve performance.
  • Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the CRM function and key cross-functional teams, particularly the MarTech & loyalty-engagement product & engineering teams. Collaborate closely to align CRM initiatives with broader business and technical strategies, ensuring seamless integration of CRM solutions with MarTech tools, data flows, and product developments.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Work with additional teams such as Data Analytics, Design, and Local Marketing to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals and effectively serve the needs of different markets.
Your Profile:
  • Educational Background: Strong university degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in CRM, ideally in a fast-paced startup or e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, specifically Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
    • Expertise in scripting languages for dynamic content (AMPscript, Liquid, etc.).
    • Proficiency in HTML is required; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business KPIs and optimize CRM strategies as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning abilities, with an eye for quality and detail.
  • Communication: Fluency in English, both written and spoken; other languages are an asset.
