You will work closely with Romain, our CEO, and Chrystelle, Groover Club Coordinator to make this new service successful.*
Missions
Ensure every artist in the Club is fully satisfied with our services.
Monitor coaching sessions to guarantee everyone receives proper support.
Moderate and energize the artist community platform with creative ideas.
Foster connections between artists and enhance interactions.
Summarize and utilize artist feedback to improve the Club experience.
Already have an experience of selling a product or service before (at least one internship where you sold something successfully) and / or an experience in Music Industry
You understand how to present value to customers
You Know : Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel especially)
You speak French Perfectly
Rigorous and disciplined
Great written and verbal communication skills
You have empathy and you are reactive
You are result-oriented
Knowledge on CRM is a bonus
A No Code tooling is also strong bonus (AirTable, Notion)

You love Music & artists (Strong Nice to Have)
