Are you passionate about customer experience and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Care Intern to join our vibrant international team of five! Your mission will be to foster strong relationships with our users, ensuring they enjoy the best experience possible.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Voice of Care: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Innovate for Improvement: Participate in improving existing processes or developing new ones to enhance our service quality.
  • Collaborate for Success: Report customer issues and suggestions to various teams (tech, product, logistics, etc.) to help us continuously improve the user experience.
  • Connect Globally: Communicate effectively with our international team, prioritizing teamwork and a collaborative spirit.
  • Lead Exciting Projects: As a Care Intern, you'll have the opportunity to manage projects independently, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of user experience.

This Internship is Perfect for You If:

  • You’re currently studying and seeking a 6-month internship starting in December 2024 / January 2025 in Paris or Marseille.
  • You excel in empathy: You understand that users reaching out have specific needs that deserve thoughtful and compassionate responses.
