As a Sales Administration Manager, you will oversee the administration processes related to sales. Your role will involve ensuring effective coordination between the sales teams, clients, and other departments to deliver high-quality customer service and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks :

1- Order Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy from receipt through to delivery. This includes managing order entry, tracking status, and resolving any issues that arise during the process.

  • Monitor the progress of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams as needed.

  • Verify that all orders meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.

  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to address any discrepancies or issues, ensuring that orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.

2- Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers.

  • Assist in developing commercial proposals by providing relevant data and insights that support the sales team’s efforts to secure new business.

3- Contract Management

  • Support the sales team in managing contracts by ensuring all agreements are properly documented, tracked, and updated as needed.

  • Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contract terms, ensuring that all parties are in agreement and that contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.

4- Database and Information Management

  • Manage and update customer databases to ensure that all information is accurate and current. This includes maintaining contact details, order history, and other relevant data.

  • Implement best practices for data entry and management to enhance the efficiency of sales operations and support informed decision-making.

  • Regularly review and update sales information to ensure records reflect the latest developments and changes. This includes tracking sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and preparing reports as needed.

  • Work with other departments to ensure that sales data is integrated with other systems and that information is readily accessible for analysis and reporting.


Profil recherché

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the food service or vending industry.

  • Prior leadership experience with experience managing a team.

  • Proven skills in operating CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.

  • License/Certification : Driving License (required)
