As a Supply Chain Manager at API TECH, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing supply chain processes to ensure operational excellence.

Your role will involve:

Strategic Purchasing: Lead the procurement process across API TECH USA, developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to support production needs.

Supply Continuity: Ensure a consistent supply of raw materials and maintain optimal stock levels in collaboration with suppliers to prevent disruptions.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid production slowdowns, maintaining smooth operations through effective inventory control.

Team Oversight: Supervise the purchasing, supply chain, sales administration, and logistics teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency across departments.

Production Scheduling: Direct and coordinate production scheduling processes to align with business requirements and optimize workflow.

Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales department to ensure timely and accurate shipment of finished products.

Handle recruitment: Hire and staffing for the supply chain department to build a strong and capable team.


Profil recherché

Qualifications :

  • Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proven track record of success in supply chain, preferably in the food service or vending industry.

  • Prior leadership experience with experience managing a team.

  • Proven skills in operating CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
