Main responsibilities:
Respond to emails from HomeExchange members.
Assist members in finding their ideal exchange, ensuring they have the best possible vacation experience.
Support them in case of difficulties, such as cancellations or damages during an exchange, in coordination with HomeExchange’s support teams.
We are looking for a bilingual Italian speaker.
Proficiency in English is essential.
A good knowledge of at least one of the following languages is a plus: French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Dutch.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in leisure, travel, and hospitality industries.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Team spirit and a positive attitude.
Experience in customer relations.
