Tool Analysis and Optimization:
Dive into our current tools and systems to spot areas for improvement.
Boost the performance and efficiency of our existing tools.
Work your magic to connect different systems for a unified and reliable data source.
Keep our systems in tip-top shape with maintenance and upgrades.
Collaborate with external service providers to get the best results and ensure they meet their commitments.
Suggest and implement improvements that make our operations even better!
Stay ahead of the game by ensuring our systems evolve with new technologies and business needs.
Project Management:
Lead exciting IT/OPS projects from start to finish—planning, budgeting, and risk assessment included!
Work with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate efforts between tech teams, business units, and external partners to keep everything on track.
Gather and formalize requirements from users and operational teams to ensure we meet their needs.
Draft functional and technical specifications to guide development.
Organize and lead steering committees and progress meetings to keep everyone in the loop.
Ensure all project deliverables hit the quality mark and provide ongoing technical support post-deployment.
A master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a similar field.
Around 3 years of experience in IT/OPS project management, with a solid background in tool analysis and optimization.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and a strong understanding of information systems (like ERP and CRM) and IT technologies.
Experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and security.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with strong communication abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to project management.
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
