We are seeking a competent and dynamic individual to join us as Business Unit Manager and lead our Flemish office. As a Business Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring recruitment targets are met, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities around your office initially, and then participate in building your recruitment consultant team, including their integration, training, and development.

Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of recruitment consultants by providing effective leadership to achieve company objectives and ensure the professional growth of team members.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in developing strategic plans for the office, aligning goals with the company’s overall vision. Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and enhance office performance.
* Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting suitable candidates for client vacancies.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and ensure the delivery of quality services that meet their expectations.
* Administrative Management: Supervise office administrative tasks, including budget management, scheduling, reporting, and monitoring key performance indicators
