Your Role & Responsibilities 💪

Join Hero as a Fullstack React Native Developer, contributing to our mission of delivering a seamless mobile and desktop User Experience at scale. Reporting to Adam, our Head of Engineering, you’ll play a key role in developing Hero’s Mobile App to meet market standards.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile and desktop applications.

• Collaborate closely with the “Business Account” team (product and development experts) to design and implement impactful features.

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile/desktop applications (design, development, deployment).

• Contribute to the design and architecture of innovative technical solutions.

• Ensure exceptional code quality, performance, and scalability.

• Proactively identify and solve issues while proposing continuous improvements.

• Write technical specifications and architectural plans for efficient implementations.

• Conduct thorough unit and integration tests, adhering to best development practices.

• Maintain up-to-date, clear technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For 🦸

You are an experienced mobile developer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional applications. You:

• Have several years of experience with React Native and have successfully deployed apps on the App Store and Google Play.

• Are comfortable with tools like TestFlight, CI/CD pipelines, and app store deployments.

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Understand Agile principles and Software Craftsmanship.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and ensure quality through testing and continuous integration.

• Thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy both starting from scratch and maintaining existing systems.

• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Speak French and English fluently.

1. Initial Call: 30-minute video conference with Maëlis (Talent Acquisition Specialist) and a tech team member.

2. Business Case Study: A practical and technical challenge with one of our developers. You’ll have 2/3 days to work on a case & a 1-hour meeting to discuss about it

3. Team Fit: Meet your future peers.

4. Leadership Interview: Chat with Anne-Béatrice (HR Manager), and Adam (Head of Engineering).
