As a KYC & Operations Specialist, you will join the Ops team, whose global mission is to deliver the best user experience for our various services by activating and supporting our merchants throughout the use of our solutions, implementing and executing numerous processes that enable our solutions to function, as well as performing various risk and compliance controls.

As a true guarantor of our customers’ and merchants’ satisfaction, your responsibilities will include:
Activation and onboarding of our international and French merchants
Multichannel follow-up with our customers and merchants (emails, phone), customer support
End-to-end debt collection
KYC analysis and validation
Participation in the optimization of all our operational processes
Completion of ad-hoc operational tasks with high business impact

Your Profile? 🦸
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac +3), with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Prior experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
