Your role

As Head of Growth, you will be at the forefront of Hublo’s journey to transform healthcare operations across France, Spain, and Germany. Your mission: to craft and execute growth strategies that generate meaningful pipeline and drive revenue in our key markets.

Reporting to Céline (Chief Marketing Officer), leading a small, dynamic team and working closely with sales and marketing, you’ll turn insights into impactful campaigns—guiding prospects seamlessly through the funnel. Your efforts will directly shape our ability to scale and make a lasting impact in the healthcare industry.

Your Mission: Strategize, Inspire, Scale

    • Lead acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including Paid (Google, Meta, Linkedin) and Organic (SEO), and any other untouched channels that could make sense.
    • Lead outbound campaigns including scrapping of contacts, mobile phone numbers, email adresses
    • Be in charge of conversion including creation of lead magnets, email capturing and nurturing, AB testing of demo demands
    • Improve the marketing impact tracking, including attribution, dashboards on Hubspot and follow-up with Sales
    • Collaborate with the other marketing verticals (events, partnerships, content) to have a holistic view of the acquisition focus and tracking of the actions

    What we're looking for

      • 7+ years of experience in demand generation strategy, ideally within a B2B SaaS company or in an agency managing B2B accounts.
      • Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
      • Expertise in inbound (SEO, paid ads, content) and outbound (ABM, email sequences) strategies, with tangible examples of scaling initiatives across international markets.
      • Strong analytical skills to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and translate data into actionable insights.
