Your role

As a Senior RevOps - Quote-to-Cash at Hublo, you will play a key role in structuring and scaling our finance tech stack, ensuring smooth operations across contract management, billing, cash collection, accounting, and public procurement management.

Reporting to Stanislas (Head of Revops) You will work closely with Finance and Revenue Operations teams to assess needs, evaluate solutions, and ensure that our systems and processes are scalable, efficient, and well-integrated. Your role will also involve collaborating with Product and Tech teams to ensure seamless integration between financial tools and the Hublo platform.

Your Mission: Streamline, Integrate, Innovate

  • Optimize Quote-to-Cash: Lead the overhaul and integration of finance systems to boost efficiency and adapt to new business models and markets.
  • Ensure Data Quality & Integrity: Implement rigorous data governance and automated controls to maintain accuracy and cleanliness in CRM and financial systems.
  • Integrate & Connect Systems: Ensure seamless integration across CRM, billing, and accounting tools, enhancing data flow and system efficiency.
  • Drive Tooling Projects: Manage and scale complex tooling initiatives across Finance, Sales, and Tech, aligning them with business growth.
  • Advocate for System Efficiency: Act as a liaison between Finance, Revenue Ops, and Tech, promoting scalable solutions and system improvements.

What we're looking for

    • At least 5+ years of experience working in a technology company, directly involved in revenue operations.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, critical for managing and optimizing the sales pipeline and customer interactions.
    • Proficiency in managing invoicing tools such as Chargebee, essential for streamlining billing processes and enhancing financial operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams to enhance product integrations and operational efficiencies.
    • Experience in technical integrations or migrations, showcasing your capability to handle complex system updates and integrations seamlessly.
    • Demonstrated ownership, taking proactive control of projects from start to finish to ensure efficient and successful outcomes.
