INCO is launching our GREEN SKILLS ACADEMY program in 16 countries across 6 continents to train over 10,000 jobseekers with green skills to increase their employability for the evolving economy that increasingly requires sustainability-related knowledge & skills. We are looking for a global team of Program Managers to build, implement, and manage the rollout of this program.
As a Program Manager - Green Skills Academy, you will be responsible for leading all processes related to program operations, including sourcing and managing our local partner organizations, and the monitoring, evaluation & reporting of the program’s activities. From process ideation to the program’s final execution, you will be asked to contribute actively in all program development stages to ensure the efficient & successful implementation of the program, such as setting up the necessary & relevant processes and frameworks.
The end goal of your work? Enabling the effective implementation of a global training program for green skills that will create sustainable career growth opportunities for jobseekers across the world, while ensuring partner satisfaction with the program.
Your missions will include:
Operations
Work towards global programmatic goals across 16 countries, including project management from roadmap development to full implementation to meet project admin & impact analysis needs.
Source and manage partnerships with organizations and nonprofits in respective markets to deliver green skills training activities.
Structure, deliver and ensure smooth partnership management, including contracting & admin processes
Prioritize and deliver excellent customer experience to implementing partners to help them grow their impact, including onboarding and ongoing support to achieve student enrollment and graduation goals, along with support for placement opportunities.
Ideate and implement creative ways to enhance partnerships & program activity success (e.g. hosting virtual workshops and events, community-building sessions)
Support program impact monitoring, evaluation, and reporting

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in any of the following areas:
Relevant working experience in one or more of the following markets:
APAC: Australia, India, Hong Kong
Europe/Africa: France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, Poland, South Africa, UK
Americas: Brazil, Canada, United States
Demonstrated ability to develop synergistic relationships with a vast array of stakeholders: from C-level management to local volunteer coordinators
Ability & agility to thrive in a fast-paced business-minded startup environment: at INCO we do the work of a non-profit with the mindset of a startup. This means our team members have a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive into creative problem-solving, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets
Open and adaptive mindset; able to work remotely, independently, and effectively in a geographically spread organization while ensuring clear & collaborative communications with your team through regular and transparent reporting
Solid command of productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Asana)
Solid proficiency in Excel, using advanced skills on a daily basis by creating trackers
Excellent written and verbal English ; working proficiency in any of the following languages would be a plus: Arabic, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Polish, Portuguese

Preferred
Some experience in virtual or offline workshop facilitation, or other event-related experience
Experience with EdTech/online learning platforms
