Our content is Jedha’s backbone. We believe that building the greatest content is one of the founding pillars of a great school.

As our training content grows in size, we are looking for someone passionate about Education and AI, who can share their vision, implement it in our trainings as well as implement AI solutions in our Learning Management System.

Your role will be a mix of three pillars:

• Content Creation - Build awesome training content for our students and potentially teach it

• AI Solutions - Integrate AI in our LMS (Julie)

• Management - Manage a team of content creators

Missions

Content Creation - 65%

• Build, structure and manage an efficient team to keep delivering awesome training content.

• Write and design engaging technical content that simplifies complex concepts for various audiences, especially in cyber-security

• Audit current content and improve it

• Manage content backlog and prioritize updates

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in various technical fields

AI for Education - 25%

• Train & ship AI models (including LLMs) in our learning platform

• Build data pipeline to train and fine-tune machine learning models

• Analyze student feedback and take action based on it

Management - 10%

• Manage content development projects

• Oversee and manage content budget

• Organize and participate in our board of content experts

• Manage technical experts (Internal or Freelance)

You will part of a brand new team that will change the future of Education by building awesome content that students love to learn on.

Personality

We’re looking for a curious and passionate individual who loves technology and enjoys creating beautifully designed content both in form and substance.

You are someone who is driven by a deep passion for IT and tech, always seeking to learn and share knowledge.

Skills

Must have

• Writing skills (to write great content that is easy to understand etc.)

• Structuring (capacity to read, learn, summarize in a way our students would understand)

• Python

• Cloud knowledge AWS, GCP, Azure…

• SQL : On l’utilise beaucoup dans les programmes

• Docker

• And… English is a must (written and spoken)

If you don’t tick all the technical boxes, that’s okay. However we are definitely looking for someone proficient in English (written + Spoken) and who can build and structure our content.

Nice to have

• Connaissance des bibliothèques data de python : pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, matplotlib, plotly, scrapy, etc…

• Expérience avec des CRM : Hubspot, Salesforce…

• Expérience avec des outils data NoCode : Dataiku, Zapier

• Expérience avec des outils BI : PowerBi, Tableau

• Professional spoken english
