Descriptif du poste

During the last two years we crafted a product with solid basis to create, deploy and track Web Stories over the web. Now is the time for us to bring our Web Editor to the next level by adding new features that will meet and anticipate our clients needs.

As a Software Engineer, you will be committed to our core projects (Studio, Widgets, Back-office, Data & BI, Infrastructure). You will be actively participating in the definition, design and development of new features and will be responsible for crafting polished user experiences and state-of-the-art web-based solutions.

Depending on your expertise (backend, frontend, devops, data…) and expectations, you may be working on some or all the following scopes:

🎨 Technical design

  • Contribute to technical design sessions (solution evaluation, structure and architecture, data model…)

  • Assess the feasibility of our customer needs by performing micro-designs (state of the art, POC…)

  • Contribute to the the design upstream of the technical development (UX workflow study)

  • Evaluate certain customer needs by carrying out micro-designs (monitoring, state of the art, POC…)

🧑‍💻 Development

  • Develop REST APIs for our different projects (NodeJS, REST, NestJS)

  • Structure and develop complex interfaces (using TypeScript / ReactJS)

  • Roll-out R&D innovation POCs and explore new relevant solutions for our core products

  • Ensure that a high level of quality is maintained

🗣 Improving our technical stack

  • Perform code reviews and propose relevant tests to ensure a stable application

  • Be a force of proposal on potential refactors either during the development of features or during technical tasks

  • Participate in the improvement of the tooling via a recurrent technological watch in order to find the right tools to answer the right solutions (Deployment, development process, automated tests, libraries…)

📦 Few projects you might be involved in :

  • Developing new features and enhancements for our Story Builder interface

  • Enhancing our user-generated content (UGC) feature, which allows for content retrieval from Facebook APIs

  • Revamping our Back-Office to improve JOIN collaborator management of client accounts

  • Automating the creation of Stories using various flows (such as RSS or APIs)

  • Designing and building an A/B testing tool to improve user engagement and experience

  • Developing new Widget formats to enhance website experiences

💰Compensation & benefits

  • We reward fairly: 48k-55k€

  • A 30min video call with Mélinda, our Talent Manager to make sure our expectations are aligned

  • A 1h30 technical interview with our Tech Lead Loïc to deep dive into tech and assess your coding skills

  • Live coding based case study at home to deepen skills and mastery of certain technical concepts followed by a presentation and discussion of the role and mission
