Attached to the Event Expert team, you will be responsible for managing business requests from our clients in order to guarantee their satisfaction and develop Kactus’ turnover.
• Training of Key Account customers.
• Management of customer requests: support your customers throughout the reservation process to achieve your quantified objectives (brief taking, understanding of needs, service provider recommendations, commercial monitoring, negotiation, reservation, measurement of satisfaction).
• Customer qualification: ensure you properly qualify your customers in order to adapt your commercial monitoring and actions according to their event spending potential to achieve your objectives.
• Loyalty of your customers: create a lasting relationship with your customers to make them regular customers and ambassadors of Kactus within their company.
• Ensure a smooth experience and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Product Feedback: work with the team to improve our tools and platform
Take the lead on side projects that are important to you
Participation in meetings and training sessions
Strength of proposal on commercial practices, identified improvements of the Kactus platform.
