Kactus’ growth is led by 3 different dynamics that you, as a Product Manager, will have an impact on :

• Attracting a growing customer base and generating volume, by improving the efficiency of our acquisition channels and making our product fit for different types of business (from large companies to smaller ones)

• Opening new supply categories (teambuilding activities, catering, …), scaling our onboarding capacities and continuously improving our partner platform

• Automating and streamlining the online booking experience to save our users time and give them a satisfying experience

We are organised in 3 cross-functional product squads that are usually composed of 1 product manager, 1 product designer and several developers : client / supply / billing.

As part of the client squad, along with its lead product manager, your responsibilities include :

• Discover the value : gather insights form customers, stakeholders, and data to identify the problems worth solving

• Discover the solution : engage with your squad and business stakeholders to find a solution that brings value to our users, work within the many constraints of our business, and is feasible within the timeframe

• Support design & engineering during the execution

• Assist developers during Q&As

• Follow up and adjust : follow your metrics and report the impact, validate or adjust

In fine, you are responsible for the overall impact of your team.

You will be part of the Product & Tech team that is today composed of :

• 1 CPO & 1 CTO

• 3 PM

• 2 Product Designers

• 9 Developers

• 1 Data engineer

To succeed in this mission, you will need to be :

• Strong educational background - graduated from an engineering or business school

• Structured and analytical mind, able to design processes across multiple tools, detail oriented

• Able to learn different topics at a high pace (sales, marketing, operations, product, tech, …)

• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (French + English required)

• We require a previous experience (~2 years) that demonstrates the aforementioned skills in a growing company
