The scope of the Product team includes our user app, our Entreprise/Territory platforms and our internal tooling for Growth & user support. Our ambition is to make short-distance carpooling a new form of public transport through easy to use app and great B2B tooling & empowerment.

As part of the Product team at Karos Mobility, your missions will be:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the product’s vision and strategy for your product scope highlighting outcomes and tradeoffs.

• Execution: Develop, maintain and communicate roadmaps that align with company goals. Shape OKRS & prioritize features balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.

• Leadership & decisiveness: Communicate effectively about the roadmap, progress, and vision through a clear product story. Make quick, clear decisions to avoid confusion.

• Collaboration: Empower your team to build the right product effectively by providing clarity on the problems to solve and through the right routines and planning artefacts.

• Pace & iteration: Ensure the team is focused and efficient. Promote agile development, continuous improvement, and flexibility.

• User-Centricity: Be the voice of the users by going deep to gather and synthetize qualitative, quantitative, industry insights and technical capabilities. Use this information to inform product decisions and improvements.

• Monitoring: Define impact KPIs et measure product performance.

• Go to market & feedback loop: Ensure client/user-facing teams have clear product documentation and that the feedback loop is effective.

• People growth: Share feedback openly and constructively. Encourage ongoing learning and share useful knowledge with the team.

• You speak English, and French fluently.

• You have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• You have an experience in Product Management

• Organized and autonomous, you demonstrate rigour and reliability.

• You are a keen problem solver keen to get to the bottom of things with your team

• You have strong analytical skills and are accustomed to reporting.

• You are comfortable speaking in public and engaging with users/clients

• Dynamic, you are curious and eager to learn.
