Revenue Teams
These teams are made up of several parts:
Sales: Prospecting (SDR & BDR), Full cycle (BD), Managers coaches (Sales Team Leaders), Head of Sales
Partnership: Head of Partnership & Partnership Manager
After-sales : Customer Team Leader & CSMs
The main mission of the SDR & BDR is to chase leads. As for BDs, their goal is to generate sales by managing the entire sales cycle. Finally, the STLs support and develop the skills of our teams.
The Partnership team is responsible for establishing strategic alliances with other technology companies and e-commerce agencies.
On the after-sales side, the Customer Team Leader & CSMs ensure that our customers remain loyal and that their experience with Kiliba is as smooth and satisfying as possible.
The team structure encourages skills development and performance improvement through dedicated programs and progressive goals.

Product Team
Under the direction of the COO, the Product team, passionate about innovation, puts the user at the heart of its decisions.
The Product Manager draws up a clear, business-oriented roadmap, working hand in hand with the Product Designer to guarantee an exceptional user experience and a coherent product.
Our Product team works closely with developers to find the best technical solutions, adopting rapid development cycles with frequent iterations.
Finally, the Product Marketing Manager ensures market success through effective customer communication and hard-hitting launch strategies.

Tech Team
Kiliba's Tech team has 4 main areas of expertise:
- Data engineering & Ops
- Data science
- Web
- Customer Care
A shared vision motivates these four divisions towards common goals: satisfied customers and a scalable product! Our algorithms have to run within a given timeframe, for each of our customers. Dozens of new customers join us every day, and we have a fiery roadmap to challenge the team!

Support Team
The Kiliba Support team includes HR & Finance.
On the HR side, we do everything in our power to ensure that your experience as a candidate or employee goes as smoothly as possible, from your first contact with Charlotte, our TAM, to your arrival in the office, and throughout your entire adventure!
Priority is given to your well-being and personal development, but also to raising your awareness of social and environmental issues (see Culture)!
On the Finance side, our CFO Thomas is immersed in his Excel spreadsheets, but always available to answer your questions.
