✨ YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Strategy
Define, monitor and adapt the product roadmap with the stakeholders
Prioritize product developments to meet our business objectives and deliver the best user experience
Oversee product iteration cycles, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to strategic commitments
Define and track key product KPIs & goals, leveraging data and A/B testing insights to continuously refine the product strategy
- Discovery
Understand business and users’ needs through qualitative and quantitative research
Analyse product and market metrics to understand product’s usages and needs
- Delivery
Work across teams to evaluate the different solutions, write detailed specifications and bring added value to our users
Collaborate with technical teams and Product Designers to ensure the technical feasibility, deliver high quality iterations, aligned with the specifications
Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to improve adoption and enhance customer satisfaction
Manage product iteration cycles, track delivery, timelines and adherence to our commitments
Define and track product KPIs & goals

Main characteristics we’re looking for:
At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager in a startup environment
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, able to manage projects autonomously
Adaptability to new environments and challenges, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills, with empathy and diplomacy
Fluency in both French and English
Other highly valued characteristics:
Experience in B2B2C or a mix of B2B and B2C environments
Experience in Healthtech or AI
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to simplify complex problems
Highly analytical, making data-driven decisions
Experience with Product Led Growth (PLG)
