✨ YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that align with the company’s vision and current market trends. Drive innovation to create a product that patients love and that clients of the healthcare ecosystem want to buy (mostly medical test laboratories and also hospitals, clinics, etc.). Balance short-term execution with a long-term product vision, ensuring scalability and differentiation
Lead, hire and manage the current product team (3 people) while preparing to scale for future growth. Build and mentor the next product teams to come. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
End-to-End Product Development: Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Prioritize features, define requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business
Cross-functional Collaboration in a Product-led-Growth context: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing teams, to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market demand. Work closely with other departments such as Customer Success, to design, develop and deploy scalable technologies that will increase patients’ satisfaction and simplify the healthcare experience. Align product initiatives with growth strategies, optimizing user acquisition, retention, and monetization
Monitor product performance: gather patients and clients feedback to continually improve and refine the product. Make data-driven decisions and maintain a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the product’s success
Healthcare market trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in the healthcare industry and implement relevant tools and frameworks
Resource Management: Manage the product and budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize efficiency and ensure that product investments align with company objectives

Some of the main characteristics we’re looking for:
Leadership Record: Past experience as a Head / VP / Director of Product in a start-up post series A. History of launching and scaling innovative products
Experience into B2B2C or two different experiences into B2C and B2B. Previous experience or knowledge in Healthtech focused on the patient is highly valued
Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities, with a focus on building and growing different product teams (PM / designers / data teams). Work collaboratively with the CTO and developers
Experience working in a product-led-growth company with the ability to align different teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and User Care
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. User-centric, analytical and data-driven
Adaptability: Capability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle both strategy and hands-on technical tasks
Interest in Medical Biology
