The Business Manager at KLANIK aims to support the development and sustainability of the Business Unit in which they operate through:

• Defining an appropriate commercial strategy

• Smart prospecting: identifying the client’s decision-making process, contacting the right person, scheduling as many meetings as possible with minimal resources (a phone and common sense!)

• Converting prospects into clients : being able to qualify and challenge the needs, propose an optimal solution in a short timeframe, negotiate, and ensure the project starts under the best conditions

• Recruiting and managing a team of 10 to 15 full-time engineer talents to carry out these projects

• Detecting new business opportunities by maintaining a strong field presence with clients and engineerings consultants

Business Manager Challenges

• Implementing a commercial development and deployment strategy

Required Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree from a recognized business school or university

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position

• You already have experience in an IT services company (ESN) on the Geneva mark

• You have excellent interpersonal skills
