🌟Your missions will be as follows:

  • Participate in sales strategy and its implementation alongside the sales team ;

  • Work hand in hand with the SDR team to develop the sales pitch;

  • Sign new customers in the UK by developing a real human relationship: conduct video demonstrations that will be booked for you by the SDRs, follow the quotation through to closing ;

  • Develop our sales strategy on the accounts you’ll be following;

  • Remuneration: 40K€-60K€ package depending on profile

  • Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to exceed goals, continuously improve, and leverage each quarter as an opportunity for growth is essential. Talent and a drive to surpass oneself are key.

  • Team Player: Empathy, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are vital. You should not hesitate to take initiative.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Initial Interview with Marc, Cofounder: This initial meeting is designed to get to know you better and understand your background, skills, and how you fit within our team dynamics. Adrien will discuss your previous experiences, especially in sales, and assess your alignment with our company’s culture and values.

  • Business Case: During this stage, you will be presented with a practical sales scenario or problem to solve. Marc will evaluate your problem-solving abilities, sales strategy, and how you handle real-life sales challenges. This step is crucial to demonstrate your practical skills and strategic thinking in a sales context.

  • Meeting with the Team: The final step involves meeting the broader team to ensure a good cultural fit and to give you a sense of our working environment. This will be a more informal session, allowing both you and the team to get to know each other and to see if there’s a mutual fit on a personal and professional level.

  • Ref call: at this stage we know we want to work together, it’s a final check
