The L-Acoustics Creative Software team is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team of engineers and designers. 

The team develops a range of market-leading professional software control applications and embedded audio products for live music events, festivals, sound installations and more. 

Our product range is focused on high-channel count, spatial audio sound reinforcement solutions for the most discerning audio productions, from studio to stage. We offer a full system approach where every component is designed to work seamlessly with the rest of the system.

As part of the Creative Software UX/UI Team, your responsibilities are:

Development & Structuring

  • Component Library Creation:

Design, develop, and structure a comprehensive full-stack component library using React, TypeScript, and CSS.

  • Design System Implementation:

Contribute to the deployment and continuous evolution of our internal Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Support & Knowledge Transfer

  • Team Enablement:

Provide technical and pedagogical support to project teams, ensuring smooth adoption of the developed components.

  • Best Practices Promotion:

Share insights and enforce best practices in both front-end and back-end development to maintain high-quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Working with Designers:

Work closely with the design team to ensure visual consistency and an optimal user experience across all platforms.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our Front and Back End practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in Full stack development with experience in React or TypeScript, and CSS.

  • Proven experience in delivery or implementation of Design Systems.

  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and the needs of design teams.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of structuring a project from scratch.

  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams and thrive in collaborative environments.

  • Bac +5 in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
