The Education Programs Lead will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the integrity of L-Acoustics’ learning programs within the Industry discipline. Acting as a thematic liaison to the Director of Education Programs, he/she will ensure that all programs are strategically aligned, educationally sound, and consistently updated to meet the evolving needs of both learners and the professional audio industry.


Designed to serve both L-Acoustics’ workforce of 1000+ collaborators and a global learning community of 15000+ learners, this role involves defining and specifying learning programs, curating and assessing educational content, collaborating closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and the Education Experience team, and occasionally delivering training sessions. By bridging technical expertise and learning design, the Education Programs Lead position will be crucial to equip learners with cutting-edge knowledge and skills in their discipline.

As the Industry discipline Lead, this role ensures the development of learning programs that strengthen operational excellence, process expertise, and a strong quality culture across L-Acoustics’ industrial ecosystem.

More precisely, the Education Programs Lead will oversee:

Program Development:

  • Define and specify learning programs within the designated discipline, ensuring alignment with industry trends and learner needs.

  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all courses within the Industry discipline.

  • Work closely with SMEs to consolidate knowledge and develop high-quality educational content.  

Content Curation & Evaluation:

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate relevant off-the-shelf learning materials (including eLearning modules and onsite training materials) to complement in-house content.

  • Assess the relevance and effectiveness of existing content and recommend improvements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Education Experience team to design and develop engaging and effective courses.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external experts to develop and refine course content.

  • Liaise between the Director of Education Programs and the Education Experience team for the Industry discipline.

Training & Certification:

  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, or lectures when needed.

  • Ensure the certification of both internal and external trainers according to general certification of L-Acoustics’ trainers.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, best practices and technological advancements, ensuring programs remain relevant and forward-thinking.

  • Collect feedback from both learners and stakeholders, and use performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & qualifications.

  • Engineer’s degree or Master’s degree or Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.  

  • At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, proven expertise in quality is a strong plus.

  • Experience in manufacturing, production processes or continuous improvement is a strong plus.

  • Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in English with the ability to effectively communicate in a professional setting.

  • Experience in learning or instructional design is desirable but not essential.  

  • Thrive in a dynamic cross functional and multi-cultural environment. 

  • Autonomous, highly organized and rigorous. 

  • Very good didactic approach and writing skills. 

  • Strong collaboration skills.
