Your Responsibilities

Development & Structuring

• Component Library Creation:
  Design, develop, and structure a scalable Front-End component library using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Design System Implementation:
  Participate in the deployment and continuous evolution of our internal Design System.

Support & Knowledge Transfer

• Team Enablement:
  Provide technical and pedagogical support to project teams, ensuring smooth adoption of the developed components.
• Best Practices Promotion:
  Share insights and enforce best practices in Front-End development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Working with Designers:
  Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure visual consistency and an optimal user experience.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our Front-End practices.

Your Profile

Experience & Technical Expertise

• Experience:
  5 to 8 years in Front-End development with solid expertise in React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Design System Implementation:
  Proven experience in setting up or evolving Design Systems.
• UI/UX Understanding:
  Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and the needs of design teams.
