A Day in the Life

As a Global Tax Analytics Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of L’Oréal’s global tax reporting, working in a dynamic Group Tax Department. You’ll be responsible for analyzing complex tax data, identifying trends, and proactively addressing potential action plan. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to influence strategic tax decisions within a global organization.

  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: You will conduct ongoing legislative and regulatory monitoring (Pillar 2, operational taxes, corporate income tax, etc.) across all countries where L’Oréal operates.
  • Benchmarking and Insights: You will monitor competitors and CAC 40 companies’ public tax communications, identifying best practices.
  • Strategic Analysis: You will analyze L’Oréal’s overall tax burden, providing insightful reports to the Group Tax Department, Zone tax teams, and management. You will conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Driving Efficiency: You will actively seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of tax processes, proposing innovative solutions and leveraging your expertise in BI and SAP systems.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You are comfortable working independently and proactively identifying solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Skills in data analysis using Excel, BI systems, and SAP/Magnitude.
  • Transformation Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively in a team environment and across various departments.
  • Tax Acumen: Strong understanding of international and local tax regulations.
