What you will do: 

As an HR Ops intern, you will support the HR ops team by taking care of our employees, from the moment they sign the offer letter, to the moment they leave the company. Daily activities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees to resolve their queries via our ticketing tool (Jira)
  • Management of employees’ files and administration (contracts and addendums, foreign employees’ processes, occupational doctor, health insurance…)
  • Management of employee absences
  • Participation in the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparation of HR reports
  • Involvement in the payroll process
  • Communication with employees (mails, Slack)
  • Entering employment data into our HRIS, Workday
  • Keeping tools and data up to date
  • Occasional work on other markets (projects with our foreign colleagues for instance)

 

You will report directly to the Senior HR Operations Specialist of France/BE/DACH and will be part of the Global HR operations team (Europe).

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:

  • Student in HR field able to engage for 6 months
  • Rigorous, curious & detail oriented
  • Open minded, responsible & eager to learn
  • Tech savvy: use of HRIS Workday, Gdrive, Notion
  • With outstanding verbal and written communication skills in French
  • With intermediate level of English
