Descriptif du poste
Your main missions will be :
Build best-in class and durable digital omnichannel solutions by working in harmony with the business strategy and the users needs.
Collaborate with digital Product Owners who contribute to the creation of new digital journeys, as well as to the continuous improvement of existing ones.
Practice Design Thinking / collaborative design methodologies & agile methods.
UX Research through interviews, studies, tests, to spot pain points and develop a deep understanding of our users.
UX Analytics, deep dive on user behaviors and use data on your evolution proposal to improve journey (AB Test, data analysis, journey analysis).
Design user-centered journeys: navigation design, information architecture, interactions with design system components.
Contribute to the identification and enrichment of existing journeys, features and content.
Collaborate with our UI designer to contribute on evolutions of our design system & mockup finalization
Contribute to the life of the UX team, in particular by sharing best practices and UX monitoring.
Profil recherché
We are looking for dynamic candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience as UX Designer / Product designer with E-Commerce background.
Expert in ergonomy, ux research methodology, design system & agile methodology.
Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe.
Knowledge in Research & test tool : Usertesting and Analytics tool: Contentsquare, Google Analytics
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
International experience is appreciated.
