This position is based at the institute’s premises but is contracted through Beyond Education.
As a Senior Project Manager at Beyond Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the co-founders to scale and implement our products on a global scale. You will have strategic responsibility for the deployment of our digital products and services, overseeing everything from the creation of efficient operational processes to hands-on management of execution and quality assurance. Success in this role may lead to growth opportunities, including the potential to advance to the position of Head of Operations.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include :
Plan, organize, and implement multiple assessment projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
Adjust project schedules as needed and coordinate meetings with clients and external partners
Collaborate with the technology team to oversee platform management, including project calendars and data entry.
Create and deliver training for educators and school leaders, providing ongoing client support throughout projects.
Monitor project progress, ensuring data accuracy and quality in reports and statistics, and present results to clients.
Collect and analyze client feedback, consolidate lessons learned, and propose process improvements.
Measure performance using KPIs, generating reports and adjusting indicators as necessary.
Contribute to product and platform improvements, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency.
Improve implementation processes when necessary, documenting all client-related procedures.
Report to co-founders and oversee the operational team’s routine tasks
Contribute to product development, company presentations, and sales demonstrations.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations across all company operations.
