If you are an enthusiast who loves following the latest developments in the world of emerging blockchain and crypto products, this job is for you. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the top projects in crypto and make sure their integration with Ledger is perfect, from the technical implementation to a collaborative go-to-market strategy. You will build a team who is the primary contact for blockchain foundations and the key evangelist for these projects within Ledger.


The Blockchain / Ecosystem Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Ledger's ecosystem by identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships. These partners will be players in the crypto space like blockchains, dApps or Wallet providers. This role involves exploring potential services that can be developed on our platform and building comprehensive promotion plans to maximize business impact. You will coordinate the full relationship lifecycle with partners to ensure successful collaborations. As a leader, you will work with and coordinate a team of Business Developers.



Your mission :


1. Partner Identification and Outreach:

- Identify potential partners that align with Ledger's strategic goals ;

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partners ;

- Initiate contact and build relationships with key stakeholders in target


2. Service Development Exploration:

- Collaborate with partners to explore and define potential services that can be developed on Ledger's  platform;

- Work with internal teams to assess feasibility and alignment with company objectives ;

- Develop proposals and business cases for new service opportunities.


3. Promotion Plan Development:

- Create and execute joint promotion plans with partners to maximize the business impact of the services;

- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive adoption and awareness ;

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotion plans and campaigns.


4. Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the relationship lifecycle ;

- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between Ledger and its partners ;

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the partnership.


5. Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions ;

- Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies and objectives ;

- Manage and oversee the execution of partnership agreements.


6. Performance Tracking and Reporting :

- Track and analyze the performance of the full team partnerships and associated services ;

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership activities and outcomes ;

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing partnerships.



What we're looking for :


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred ;

- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the software  or cryptocurrency industry ;

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets ;

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ;

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams ;

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ;

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team ;

- Willingness to travel as required.
