Founded in 2014 Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 20% of the world’s crypto assets are secured through our Ledger Nanos. As a Senior Project Manager at Ledger you will be driving the delivery of new products and services within our organization, as well as internal change projects and M&A integrations. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
Your mission
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to align team members and stakeholders on project goals and expectations
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear accountability and ownership within the team
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback
- Execute project activities according to the defined project plan, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables
- Keep project documentation and reporting up to date throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress
- Manage and arbitrage resources to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with project objectives
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with stakeholder expectations
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and support
- Conduct thorough project reviews upon completion, assessing lessons learned, successes, and areas for improvement
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in an internal change management or product development context
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain Industry
